Career

For several years now, we have been working with Vocational School No. 2 in Wejherowo, supporting pupils in acquiring practical skills. We are involved in organising work experience placements and tours of our company, during which pupils can learn about the nature of work in a business.

In June, we also had the pleasure of making a donation to the school in the form of equipment for the school’s workshop. We are delighted to be able to support the development of young people and help them gain the knowledge and experience they will use in the future.

As part of the ‘Fields of Hope’ campaign, we organised a collection for the hospice in Gdynia-Oksywie. Thanks to the commitment of our staff and owners, we were able to collect the necessary items for the hospice’s patients.

Ultra Stilo is a running and Nordic walking competition held in the vicinity of the Stilo lighthouse. Participants have 24 hours to cover as many kilometres as possible. Polipack is the organiser and sponsor of the event, in which many of our employees and members of the Polipack TEAM GWE took part.

Sylwia works as a Machine Operator at Polipack during the day and pursues her passion for sport in her spare time. As a member of the Polipack Team GWE, she set a world record in Ultra Nordic Walking, covering 160.9 km in just under 23 hours. We are proud that our employees are making history like this!

To mark Mother’s Day, we shared the story of Kasia and her daughter Faustyna, who work together every day in the Logistics Department. It is a story about Kasia’s 31 years at Polipack, family ties, and a job that has brought the next generation together.

We support Polipack UKS Jedynka Reda as a sponsor of the team, which secured promotion to the Second Division following a superb season. The team captain, who is also a member of our Purchasing Department, thanked the owners of Polipack on behalf of the players and coaches for their support. We are delighted to be part of this sporting success story!
